Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Over 20 years of experience working in the Substance Abuse, Behavioral & Mental Health field. Brad began as an Interventionist and then transitioned into consulting specifically in the in the areas of business development, new program start-ups, hiring and credentialing. His experience and leadership has allowed him to assist clients throughout the United States in their development and growth while creating professional relationships on both a national and international level.

Director of Sales
Michelle has over 20+ years of experience in sales recruiting and account management. She has a passion for connecting people to clients, opportunities, and positions. Michelle is very successful in developing new strategic partnerships, expanding existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Austin Bruce
Lead Photographer
Austin brings his unique eye within photography to the team. Providing a look behind your business that shows what your company has to offer through his images. With a background in radio production, documentary work, and photography, Austin will use each skillset to provide any coverage a client needs.
Having loved photography since high school Austin rediscovered his love for the art form while working in the marketing department of No Longer Bound and spending three months in Montana filming a documentary in Montana, his creativity and photography and videography grew into a passion that has not slowed down upon returning home. Working with private clients, bands, and various non-profits, Austin has shared his work with many and looks forward to adding your company to his portfolio.
Griffin Baker
Account Manager/ Copywriter
Griffin Baker is a Native of Atlanta, Georgia and attended college at Georgia Southern University. He is experienced in sales, marketing and project management. Griffin has brought that talent, energy and professionalism to Open Heart Media, overseeing all scheduling of our clients content. When not working you can find Griffin enjoying the outdoors, snowboarding and golfing.
Frank LaDue
Lead Web Developer/Graphic Design
Frank majored in cyber security in college and discovered an interest for web design and development while in college. Frank has two years of experience building and designing websites. He is proficient in multiple CMS platforms as well as proficiency in html, css, and javascript. When not at work Frank enjoys backpacking and spending time in nature.
Hiroshi Yamamoto
Lead Editor
Hiroshi Yamamoto is a Native of Lima, Peru. He started in the audiovisual world at the age of 18 and since then he has collaborated with some important brands in his country and internationally. He studied audiovisual journalism and worked for two years in one of the most important television channels in Peru. When not at work Hiroshi likes to play soccer and go to the gym.

Videographer/Editor/FAA Certified Drone Pilot
a videographer with a background in psychology, brings a unique perspective to Open Heart Media. With a lifelong passion for film, Alex combines technical expertise and passion to craft and deliver compelling visual narratives. Having worked with various nonprofits and as a freelance drone videographer he combines a keen eye for detail with a strong dedication to storytelling. Alex's work captures the essence of each business with creativity and precision through all types of videography. When not working, he enjoys honing his craft while spending time with family and friends.
